Tires2Quick is an online tire retail and delivery service operating in the Sacramento and Bay Area region. We sell tires and arrange delivery to your location. We do not currently offer installation services.

• We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service at our discretion.
• Delivery is limited to our active service zones. Confirm your address at checkout.

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Payment is processed at the time of order via Stripe or approved financing partners (e.g., Affirm).
• Prices are listed in USD. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or supply issues. You will be notified and fully refunded in such cases.

• We offer free delivery to addresses within our service zone.
• Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
• You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery or that tires can be safely left at the address.
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.

Returns are governed by our Return Policy, available at /tires/return-policy. Key terms: uninstalled tires may be returned within 30 days; installed tires are not eligible for return.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, specifications, and images. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are complete, reliable, or error-free. If you receive a product that materially differs from its description, contact us for a resolution.

You agree not to:
