At Tires2Quick we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we make returns straightforward and hassle-free.
To initiate a return, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:
Once your return is approved, we will schedule a free pickup at the original delivery address. You do not need to drop off tires at any location.
If you received damaged, defective, or incorrect tires, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including pickup of the incorrect items.
Once tires have been installed, they are no longer eligible for our return policy. However, manufacturer warranties still apply. Contact the tire manufacturer directly for warranty claims on installed tires. We are happy to provide your order details to assist with any warranty claim.
