Return Policy

At Tires2Quick we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we make returns straightforward and hassle-free.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Uninstalled tires may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Tires must be in their original, unused condition — no mounting, balancing, or installation.
  • Original packaging must be intact where possible.
  • Tires that have been mounted on a rim or driven on are not eligible for return.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:

  • Email: tire2quick@gmail.com
  • Include your order number and reason for the return.
  • We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

3. Return Pickup

Once your return is approved, we will schedule a free pickup at the original delivery address. You do not need to drop off tires at any location.

  • Pickups are typically scheduled within 2–4 business days of approval.
  • Tires must be accessible and ready at the agreed time.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned tires.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
  • If payment was made via financing (e.g., Affirm), the refund will be applied to your financing balance per their terms.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received damaged, defective, or incorrect tires, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including pickup of the incorrect items.

6. Manufacturer Warranty

Once tires have been installed, they are no longer eligible for our return policy. However, manufacturer warranties still apply. Contact the tire manufacturer directly for warranty claims on installed tires. We are happy to provide your order details to assist with any warranty claim.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed or mounted tires.
  • Tires returned after the 30-day window.
  • Tires with visible damage caused after delivery.
  • Special-order tires marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
